Every year, thousands of people flood the Indio, California for the epic three-day festival that is the The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Featuring epic headliners and sprinkled with the occasional celebrity, Coachella has become one of the most anticipated events of the year.
This year, the buzz was surrounding the possibility of Axl Rose, frontrunner of Guns N’ Roses, and Slash, former guitarist, were reuniting for the massive festival that will take place in April. So when the lineup was announced yesterday, millions of fans took to the Internet to express their excitement for the reunion of the duo.
Besides Guns N’ Roses, Calvin Harris and LCD Soundsystem will also be headlining the festival. Ellie Goulding, Sufjan Stevens, M83, BØRNS, Of Monsters and Men, Ice Cube, Zedd, A$AP Rocky, CHVRCHES, Halsey, Silversun Pickups, Deerhunter, Sia, Major Lazer, Matt and Kim, and Cold War Kids, among many others, will be playing at the festival.
With this many amazing artists together, there’s bound to be some special appearances as well. Maybe Taylor Swift will be lovingly watching her boyfriend Calvin Harris in the audience. We can only hope!
