Facebook A Year In Review

Social media and new media kept us abreast of what’s going on in the world even when mainstream outlets wouldn’t give us the whole story this year. And 2015 was loaded with fear, tragedy, and global heartbreak. But it was also filled with hope, with reaction, with collaboration, with comfort, and with groups of people taking initiative to make a positive impact on a global scale.

Here’s the year in review with a reminder that while it’s important to learn from the last year, it’s January 1st. It’s time to move forward, together.

Sam Ferrante is a poet, editor, facilitator, and writer born on Long Island, college-fed in Western New York and Paris, and then poetically raised in Buffalo, NY; Ireland; and Australia.
