One to prep the night before, make up this recipe and pop it in a decent-sized jar for easy transportation. You can also swap out the peanut butter and banana in this recipe for any fillings/toppings you’re craving.
- Cauliflower Hash Browns
These golden brown, crispy delights are a good option for anyone sticking to a low-carb diet, or trying to boost their veggie intake. These hash browns are perfect on their own or alongside your favourite brekky dish.
- Breakfast Potatoes
Because who said you can’t have ‘tatoes for brelly. This recipe pairs perfectly with a tofu scramble or some vegan bacon, but I won’t judge if you want to eat them just as they are.
