Mandela Day

“What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.”

– Nelson Mandela

Mandela Day is more than appreciating a great man, it’s a day that urges everyone to do their bit and make the world a better place. July 18 is a date to look back, appreciate our progress and move forward, looking ahead at what will be done to improve our fight against poverty.

2018 is significant as it marks 100 years since Nelson Mandela’s birth, if you haven’t already, this is the year to be a part of the change and take #actionagainstpoverty.
