It’s official – Beyoncé and Jay Z are welcoming twins to their family! The news came from the not-so- single lady herself when she posted a photo to Instagram proudly showing her baby bump.
Queen B captioned the photo:
“We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. – The Carters”
As you probably already know, Beyoncé has been confirmed to headline the upcoming Coachella music festival. Since the announcement of her pregnancy there’s been no word on if and when she’ll take a break from working, but we can’t imagine the pop-music sensation backing out of a commitment she knows fans are eagerly looking forward to.
With the addition of these two babies and their first daughter Blue Ivy – born 7 th January 2012 – is it too much to hope for a Carter family single in the future? Perhaps a cute Christmas song cover in a few years?
