Your Guilt-Free Drink Guide for Summer

Summer is just around the corner, which means; suns out, guns out. So, to help keep the bloating to a minimum, we have put together a list of the top pre-mixed drinks that are big on taste, but low in calories.

White Claw Seltzer – This low-calorie seltzer originally took off overseas and gained so much attention from down under that it was shipped over and landed in stores on October 12th. It comes in three different flavours; natural lime, mango and ruby grapefruit and has under 100 calories per can.

Vodka Soda – This drink brings it back to basics with only has two ingredients, vodka and soda water. It contains no carbs, no sugar, it is gluten free and only has 73 calories per can. To add extra tang and flavour, add a squeeze of lemon or lime for a healthy alternative or add a dash of cordial for your desired taste.

Pure Blonde (Ultra Low Carb Lager) – If beer is more your style, this Pure Blonde Ultra low carb lager is sure to satisfy. With 80 per cent less carbs and 50 per cent less calories than the original Pure Blonde, it is the best healthy alternative beer on the market, with only 92 calories per bottle.
