Marvel has recently released its latest trailer for the much anticipated 3 rd installment of the Thor franchise, “Thor: Ragnarok”.

The trailer portrays a comical lean on the traditionally action-packed franchise, prompting comparisons to other successful Marvel films such as 2014’s “Guardian’s of the Galaxy”.
Waititi in 2015 co-wrote, starred and co-directed the comedy film “What We Do In The Shadows” and directed the 2016 film “Hunt for the Wilderpeople”.
Before the release of the trailer, Waititi also directed several short comedy skit- like videos of Chris Hemsworth’s character “Thor” just living life in Australia with a roommate named Darryl – whilst the majority of the other Avengers took part in “Captain America: Civil War” (2016).
These hilarious clips, titled “Team Thor” were viewed and loved by thousands of Marvel fans, and will definitely help tide fans over until the release of Thor: Ragnarok on November 3 rd .
As we can see from the two-and- a-half minute trailer, director Taika Waititi and a Marvel superhero movie is a combination made in heaven.
