Philadelphia Cream Cheese is running a brilliant Instagram and Twitter competition for cream cheese lovers everywhere to weigh in on the best way to use their two new spreads: Olive and Peach. CrowdInk took an afternoon trying a bunch of combinations and found the ULTIMATE way to get the most out of Philadelphia’s Peach Cream Cheese Spread.
This super kid-friendly and dinner party appropriate canape is ridiculously easy to make, as the Peach Cream Cheese really does do most of the work for you! Whether you’re planning in advance, getting the kids involved in making their food, or hosting an impromptu friends/family dinner and need something for everyone to munch on before the main event, we think you’ll be pretty happy with the outcome.
Peach and Blackberry Canapes
- Philadelphia Peach Cream Cheese Spread
- Whole Wheat Crackers
- Fresh Blackberries
- Blackberry Jam, homemade if possible
- Sliced Fresh Peaches, (optional garnish)
Spread about a tablespoon of cream cheese on the cracker. Drizzle blackberry jam sparingly. Add the freshest blackberry you can find. Repeat 100 times, because these are addicting. Serve with peach slices and more blackberries.
