If there’s one thing Australians love, it’s a good avocado. So it’s really no surprise that someone decided to put it in a beer, which is their second favorite item.

Bushshack Brewery in Western Australia is known for their crazy brews, including chilli beer, chocolate beer, and mango beer. Then, they were approached by the Araluen Botanical Park in Perth to create a brew for their annual Avocado Festival.

In a country that puts avocados on a pedestal, this one-off brew has become extremely popular. Daniel Wind, from Bushshack, has received many calls asking for the creamy lager in a bottle. Wind said that the brewery goes through about a keg a week but is going to start making more since it’s become to so popular.

Avocados have become hugely popular in the past decade and are probably the number one luxury item for millennials; we go out and spend $15 for the stuff smashed on sourdough and topped with a poached egg.

Even more good news: this brew will pair well with another recent food trend, tacos. Happy Taco Tuesday, y’all!
