It replaces the need for uncomfortable, eco-damaging disposable liners. Great for eliminating sweat/odour during workouts, stopping light bladder leaks, controlling discharge, security on menstrual days, overnight protection when tampons should not be used, to manage sweat on hot days, and to keep clean and fresh while travelling.
