The Harry Potter film franchise went over the span of 10 years. These 10 years allowed audiences to develop special connections with the characters as they grew and matured through the series. We know and love them on-screen, but are they just as recognisable out of costume?

We have complied a list of in and out of costume shots of the stars from the famous film franchise.

IN AND OUT OF COSTUME: DANIEL RADCLIFFE (HARRY POTTER)

Daniel Radcliffe plays the famous Harry Potter, who on his 11th Birthday, learns that he has great power to be a wizard. Harry feels great responsibility because of his family’s history and conflict with Voldemort. He needs all the support and love of his close friends and Hogwarts teachers.





Today Daniel Radcliffe is 32 years old and has starred in many successful shows including Netflix’s Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, The Woman in Black and Broadways shows including How to Succeed in Buiness Without Really Trying.

IN AND OUT OF COSTUME: RUPERT GRINT (RON WEASLEY)

 Rupert Grint plays Ron Weasley – Harry Potter’s loveable sidekick. Ron is the youngest of the Weasley family and is known for adding a comedic edge and being extremely loyal to his friends and family.





Today Rupert Grint is 32 years old and stars in numerous successful shows inlcuding Apple TV’s Servant and Netflix’s Sick Note.

IN AND OUT OF COSTUME: EMMA WATSON (HERMIONIE GRANGER)

Emma Watson plays another one of Harry’s best friends and the know-it-all Hermionie Granger. She is a Muggle-born Gryffindor that proved to be the smartest wizard cohort and made sure to keep Harry and Ron out of trouble.





Today Emma Watson is 31 years old and has starred in some major films including The Perks of Being a Wallflower and The Bling Ring. She also went on to graduate with a bachelor’s in English Literature from Brown University.

IN AND OUT OF COSTUME: TOM FELTON (DRACO MALFOY)

Tom Felton plays Harry Potters rival and bully – Draco Malfoy. Draco believes in the importance of being a pure-blood wizard and gives Hermionie a hard time for being a muggle. He actively causes trouble for the trio of friends and fits into the Slytherin house that has an evil reputation.





Today Tom Felton is 33 years old and has since starred in Rise of the Planet of the Apes and The Flash.

IN AND OUT OF COSTUME: MATTHEW LEWIS (NEVILLE LONGBOTTOM)

Matthew Lewis plays the clumsy and shy Neville Longbottom. Neville has a lack of self-confidence that affects his ability to be a successful wizard, however he became more courageous as the series went on.





Today Matthew Lewis is 32 years old and has had numerous other acting roles in Me Before You and Terminal. Matthew has shocked the internet with his glow up from being a goofy looking kid to a model poster boy.
