Police are urging families, friends, colleagues, and communities across Australia to stay connected this National Missing Persons Week (31 July – 6 August), which launched earlier this week in Melbourne to draw attention to people in our community who are still missing.
The Australian Federal Police (AFP), through its National Missing Persons Coordination Centre, has partnered with Victoria Police for this year’s campaign; Missing people leave frayed edges—Stay connected. With more than 35,000 people in Australian reported as missing each year, the campaign aims to draw attention to those still missing, as well as highlight support services available for their family and friends.
Missing: David Abuoi (ACT)
- David Abuoi was last seen on the morning of 10 July 2012 in the Canberra City area.
- David had recently moved to Canberra from Sydney. He is known to frequent and stay at Bega and Allawah Flats in Canberra and has friends and family in Sydney.
- Police have received information that David also uses the name Gabrielle and/or Malak.
- Despite extensive police enquiries, David is still missing.

Missing: Ellen Wilson (NSW)
- Ellen Wilson, aged 54 at time of disappearance, was last seen in Ballina, New South Wales on the evening of 11 September 2015.
- She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with light brown hair, brown eyes and medium build. She also wears glasses.
- Ellen may be driving a silver Subaru Forrester bearing NSW registration plates CB-76-QX and is known to frequent Sydney and the Far North Coast.
- Ellen’s disappearance is described as out of character and police hold fears for her safety.

Missing: Justyna Koziol (WA)
- Justyna Koziol went missing from Denham, Western Australia, on the morning of Monday, 24 March 2014.
- It is believed Justyna left her accommodation at the Tradewinds Seafront Apartments at 7am and never returned.
- Justyna is Polish and is described as being 160-165cms tall with blonde hair and blue eyes and requires medication for a diagnosed illness.
- There are welfare concerns for Justyna due to her state of mind at the time. Despite extensive enquiries Justyna has not been located.

Missing: Zedric Woolley (TAS)
- Zedric Woolley of Franklin was last seen on 8 April 2012 in Huonville, Tasmania.
- Zedric was aged 81 at the time of his disappearance. His vehicle, a blue 2011 Hyundai hatchback was found on a bush track between Lightwood Creek Road and Watsons Road on 14 April 2012.
- He is described as 175 cm tall, of medium build with grey hair.
- Zedric’s disappearance is out of character and police are concerned for his welfare.
