Spring is finally here, and what better way to celebrate than with all the delicious fruits available to us. Fresh produce is easy to come by in the warmer months, so now is the perfect time to stock up, and get creative with flavours and recipes, and give your body a well-deserved cleanse.
Tropical Tango juice
1 peeled kiwi
6 strawberries
½ a peeled orange
½ a peeled banana
½ a peeled and sliced mango
1 cup of chopped pineapple
¼ cup of coconut water
Juice all the ingredients. Serve immediately over a scoop of ice.
Ultimate Green Juice
1 cup of chopped pineapple
1 green apple
3 celery stalks
1 cup of spinach or kale
a squeeze of lime
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 scoop of ice (optional)
Juice all the ingredients. Serve immediately over a scoop of ice.
