Not Quite Ready For A New Year?

Who is ready for 2016?

Did you just blink and all of a sudden it was November? Yep, me too. Around this time of the year, we get kicked into gear and Christmas comes around before we know it, so often we get too caught up in our day to day business to reflect on the year as a whole. The year is quickly coming to a close, and soon enough we will be making new resolutions to get the most out of 2016.

Now is the perfect time to look back on 2015. There is still time to make the changes you want in your life, so that you can build on them and progress through to the new year. There’s nohing worse than finishing a year with regrets and feeling incomplete. Good questions to ask yourself are:

A great way to keep track of your goals and resolutions is to write them down. Often, writing goals down gives them a physical presence, which may make them appear more achievable. With regular reflection, you’ll be far more motivated to actually complete the things you set out to achieve, and new year resolutions won’t seem like such a pointless exercise.

So make the most out of 2015. After all, there isn’t much left of it – don’t start your new year with regrets of what could have been.
