A few months ago, like a lot of people I’m sure, I made the decision to read more. But where to begin was one of the main questions that I, and others who’ve made the same decision, was faced with. In my case, however, I decided to start with the books I already owned.
But for others, the situation is not so simple because they may have already read all the books they own and are now stuck in which one to pick up next.
Well, worry no more. After coming across a list of books everyone should read at least once, here are some suggestions:
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll
Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy
The Catcher in the Rye by Jerome David Salinger
The Color Purple by Alice Walker
The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas
Dracula by Bram Stoker
Frankenstein by Mary Shelley
Lord of the Flies by William Golding
Matilda by Roald Dahl
Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden
Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck
Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens
