Jennifer Lopez (47) and Drake (30) were recently papped at dinner outside popular West Hollywood restaurant Catch. Neither have publicly commented on whether they’re a couple or not, but a source told DailyMail.com “they’re more than friends”.
A photo JLo posted to Instagram late last year of the two cuddling quite closely suggests they’re very comfortable with each other no matter their status as dating or just friends.
It’s also been reported Jennifer supposedly introduced the Hotline Bling artist to her 8-year-old twins Max and Emma, who she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
There is a possibility though that speculation towards a ‘Jenake’ (c’mon, how else are you meant to join their names) budding romance could all be a misunderstanding due to the time they’ve spent making music together.
Talking to ExtraTV, Lopez revealed “We are – well, we did! We did one song together. I don’t know if we’ll do more – we will see!”
But the $100,000 Tiffany necklace Drake gifted the singer-songwriter-actress over Christmas would suggest they’re more than strictly music collaboration buddies. Either that or I can imagine a few other artists that’ve collaborated with Drake wondering where their 15-carat diamond necklaces are.
The two were also seen earlier this month at Nobu – one of LA’s most popular celebrity hotspots – where an onlooker said they looked “very cozy” and “Drake was very flirty with her”. Lopez also attended Drake’s New Year Eve performance in Vegas last year prompting rumours they counted down to their New Year’s kiss together.
