US President Donald Trump is set to touch down in the UK next week and anti-Trump activists are hell bent on showing the President what they really think.
The activists began a crowdfunded campaign to float a 6-metre high, orange inflatable ‘Trump Baby’ blimp over London, during Trump’s visit.
“Donald Trump is a big, angry baby with a fragile ego and tiny hands,” said the page, which has raised a whopping 10,300 pounds, equivalent to $18,427, smashing the original goal of $9000.
The activists haven’t received permission from London Mayor Sadiq Khan to fly the blimp as it does not qualify as a protest.
This hasn’t deterred the group, who have started a petition for ‘Trump Baby’ to fly, and have begun to consider more creative options, like a barge.
“When Trump visits the UK, we want to make sure he knows that all of Britain is looking down on him and laughing at him,” said an activist.
