Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford Team Up for Blade Runner 2049

The sequel to the 1982 sci-fi film will feature a number of big names, and hopes to bring a new energy into the reboot.

The trailer has been released for highly anticipated neo-noir sci-fi film, Blade Runner 2049. The trailer act as an ominous teaser to the film, including shots of artificial humans growing in translucent sacks, incredible visuals of a futuristic world and a brooding Ryan Gosling.
The new film, set to be released this year, acts as a sequel to the 1982 film, with Harrison Ford reprising his role as Rick Deckard and stars the a new member, Ryan Gosling playing LAPD Officer K. Jared Leto will also be in the film, playing what looks like an intriguing antagonist to the film.
As expected, the film is set in 2049, 30 years after the last Blade Runner were set.
While sequels, prequels and reboots have been stacking up left right and centre, the teaser for the latest Blade Runner looks promising. The film is directed by Denis Villeneuve, whose work on Arrival got him an Academy Award nomination, so we have high expectations.
