SANS_Air-Bottle, KickStarter campaign. Interview with CrowdInk

The Team at CrowdInk sat down (virtually) with the Sans_Air team to talk about their latest product, the Sans_Air bottle that is revolutionizing how we look at healthy lifestyles on the go. Their Kickstarter campaign is going fantastically and we wanted to know more about how their business model is skyrocketing their success.

CrowdInk: What was the inspiration for the Sans_Air Bottle?
Sans_Air: As an avid smoothie and juice lover, I always felt like it was a race against time to finish my beverage before it went bad. I learned that when blended fruits and vegetables mix with the air, they rapidly oxidize and lose their nutrients and go bad. I looked to the market for a solution and there really wasn’t a product targeting the problem of rapid oxidation in juices and smoothies.

CI: Are you planning any additions or new packages for backpackers as your product is already getting so much traction on Kickstarter?
SA: Yes! Our initial goal is $20,000 which will help us cover the costs of tooling and the first production run. If we reach $40,000, we will unlock a Flip Top Lid with Straw. This will make the bottle a perfect companion for smoothies, juices, protein shakes, water etc.

CI: What has been the biggest obstacle in the development and distribution of the bottle?
SA: The biggest obstacle has been getting the product perfected. The SANS team and I have been working on this project for over a year to ensure the bottle vacuum seals and keeps a tight seal for a long period of time. We decided to move forward with the tooling so that we can receive samples early on in the process and correct any issues as they come up.

CI: Where do you see your company in 3-5 years? What can we look forward to from the creators of the Sans_Air Bottle next?
SA: We’re already working on SANS 2.0. We’re lucky to have had a lot of positive feedback from the juice, smoothie and fitness community and receive there advice on the next generation. We already started working on a few concepts. We don’t see SANS as solely one product. Once we raise the funds needed to keep moving forward, the next phase is to get the product into retailers, juice and smoothie shops, fitness gyms and into the hands of everyone who struggles with the same issues of keeping you juice or smoothie fresher, longer.

Best of luck, Sans_Air! We can’t wait to watch ya’ll grow.
