Ocean’s 8’ is Female Dominated and Dropping June 2018

The poster for the Ocean’s 8 movie has recently dropped and damn, it looks exciting. The female dominated cast features Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Sarah Paulson, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, rapper Awkwafina and best of all, Rihanna.

The movie is set to take place in New York City, centring on a heist at the Met Gala. As a prequel to the iconic Ocean’s Trilogy the film features Danny Ocean’s (George Clooney) estranged sister Debbie (Sandra Bullock) leading the pack as she assembles the ultimate girl gang crew.

Having being famously spotted during filming over New York City, the film is rumoured to feature cameos from stars including Kim Kardashian, Anna Wintour, Zayn Malik and Olivia Munn.

The film is directed by Gary Ross and written by Ross and Olivia Milch.

As the poster promises, “every con has its pros”, and this one offers strong powerful women to be the experts.

We just cannot wait.
