After a historic end to the season, the Western Bulldogs are into the 2018 AFLW Grand Final after finishing top of the ladder, the first time the Bulldogs have ever done so. Doggies fans will be sweating on the result of captain Katie Brennan’s tribunal appeal, the memory of a side-lined Bob Murphy in 2016 still a little too fresh in the mind. Either way, the Bulldogs made their mark this year with or without Brennan; with five rising star nominees playing alongside the likes of Ellie Blackburn, Emma Kearney and leading goal-kicker Brooke Lochland, the dogs have been causing headaches for their opposition all season.

In only the second season of AFLW we have already seen the game being taken to new heights; be it Lochland’s 7 goal haul against Carlton in the inaugural pride match or Aliesha Newman’s Buddy Franklin-esque goal against the Crows. The incredible talent, class and tenaciousness of the players is something to be admired and inspired by, and it shows no sign of slowing down.

We’re incredibly proud of our daughters of the west, which is why we’re pleased to team up with the club in providing three lucky fans the chance to win a Western Bulldogs AFL Women’s Membership, which will provide early (and guaranteed!) entry into the AFLW Grand Final this Saturday at IKON Park. The membership also includes an AFLW picnic blanket, exclusive member offers, a 10% discount on official Bulldogs merchandise and free entry into the AFL(M) Round 2 match against the West Coast Eagles on April 1st.

To enter, simply share your most memorable AFLW moment in 50 words or less and tag two mates you’d love to take to the Grand Final! The lucky winner will be announced on Friday morning.

If your name isn’t drawn this Friday it isn’t too late to sign up – simply go to https://membership.westernbulldogs.com.au/womens-membership-packages-1. Memberships are only $50 and alongside having a guaranteed spot this Saturday, you’ll also be supporting women’s footy! See you all on Saturday and go dogs!
