It was a cold night in 2014 and I was walking my dog Tilly. I was reflecting on a friend’s recent real estate experience: it wasn't good; poor service, communication and high costs. I wondered, what if there was a website focused on real estate buyers? Why not flip the model? After all, without the buyers there are no sales. I knew this idea had the potential to change the real estate industry and after much research and hard work, Next Address launched in Ballarat VIC in November 2015.
